About this role

An Associate Property Manager (Multifamily) responsible for maintaining a 65-home single-family community to market-ready standards and ensuring high levels of resident service. This part-time role supports property operations, assists the Regional Property Manager, and helps build and motivate the on-site team. The position requires on-site day-shifts 2–4 days per week (29 hours/week) with on-call availability for emergencies. The role focuses on sustaining occupancy, resident satisfaction, and property performance at Miller Landing in Cleveland, TN.
