About this role

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a QC Associate to support bioanalytical testing for clinical and commercial cell therapy drug products. This on-site role involves performing in-process, release, and stability testing in accordance with cGMP requirements while supporting investigations and continuous improvement efforts within the Devens CTF.

Responsibilities

Perform bioanalytical testing on in-process and stability samples
Ensure timely completion of testing tasks per cGMP requirements
Support investigations through data gathering and interview processes
Train on additional test methods and support broader testing responsibilities
Apply scientific principles to laboratory equipment usage
