Associate, Real Estate Asset Management (Logistics)

The Associate - Asset Management (Logistics) supports Ares' Asset Management team in driving value creation and monitoring performance across a diversified pan-European logistics portfolio. Reporting to a Vice-President, this role involves partnering with senior managers, investment teams, and third-party operators to execute business plans through rigorous financial analysis and disciplined governance. Responsibilities include managing asset-level business plans, overseeing capital expenditure, coordinating refinancing processes, and preparing high-quality reporting and investor updates.
