About this role
The Reconciliation Associate on BlackRock’s Outsourced Platform Services Recon Team ensures the accuracy and integrity of cash and position data used across investment management, analytics, compliance, and regulatory processes. The role supports reconciliation of various instrument types (equities, fixed income, OTC derivatives, collateral) to maintain the investment book of record and manage risk exposure. This position works closely with internal and external partners to uphold data quality and operational resiliency.

Qualifications
