As an Associate Recruiter within the Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with hiring managers to enhance decision-making processes and decrease time-to-hire. You will oversee high-volume end-to-end recruiting processes for various clients in the Latin America region, source and evaluate candidates extensively, and develop strong talent pipelines. The role involves employing AI-powered sourcing tools to optimize efficiency, coordinating interviews across different time zones, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
