Associate, Risk Adjustment Auditor

The Associate, Risk Adjustment Auditor conducts internal and external quality audits focused on ICD-10 code abstraction accuracy and clinical documentation improvement. This remote role involves validating encounter data, reviewing coding team performance, and ensuring compliance with national coding standards and CMS audit requirements. The position reports to the Manager, Risk Adjustment and supports risk adjustment factor increases through process improvements and provider education.
