About this role

As an Associate Scientific Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between Amgen's research scientists and technology teams to define requirements for Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and other scientific platforms. You will translate complex biological study needs into actionable technical specifications, manage product roadmaps, and ensure data integrity within a Scaled Agile Framework. This role requires deep expertise in life sciences and IT to support drug discovery research and the implementation of AI/ML capabilities.

Responsibilities

Translate scientific domain needs into technical requirements for solution implementation
Develop and maintain product roadmaps for in vivo study data management
Collaborate with global research scientists and software development teams
Ensure operational excellence, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
Identify and mitigate risks associated with technological and scientific systems

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or related fieldSAFe for Teams certification (preferred)
