Associate Scientific Director

The Associate Scientific Director leads technical efforts in assessing, de-risking, and enabling the successful scale-up of clinical drug substance manufacturing processes from laboratory to commercial scale. This role serves as the Person in Plant for Asian Contract Development and Management Organizations, collaborating with internal teams to translate laboratory science into reliable, safe, and executable manufacturing processes. The position requires deep expertise in small molecule processes, GMP manufacturing, and technology transfer, with frequent travel to CDMO sites.
