About this role
The Associate Site Director for BEAM Discovery supports and co-leads a summer STEM program site in New York City or Los Angeles, working closely with the Site Director and other leadership to ensure a successful student experience. The role involves pre-camp planning, on-site program execution, community-building, and post-camp wrap-up. It is a seasonal leadership position focused on operational excellence, staff development, and student safety and success.
