About this role

This Software Engineer role within the Optical Metrology Division (OMD) will work on ATL software that supports optical overlay metrology products used by semiconductor fabs. The position is based at KLA Israel (Migdal Haemek) and contributes to development of high-precision metrology and inspection software.
