About this role

The Associate Substation Protection and Controls Engineer supports the Power Delivery division by assisting project teams with protection and control design for utility substation engineering projects. This role involves performing basic engineering calculations, preparing project deliverables, and collaborating with other engineering disciplines to solve challenging substation engineering problems. The position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills and work with greater independence under the supervision of experienced licensed professional engineers.

Responsibilities

Assist project teams with Protection and Control design on utility substation engineering projects
Perform basic engineering calculations to support engineering design
Assist with preparation of project deliverables including engineered drawings and technical reports
