Associate Teacher

The Associate Teacher position is responsible for creating a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth, establishing effective rapport with students, and motivating them to develop essential skills and attitudes. The role involves instructing students, developing lesson plans, and guiding the learning process to achieve IEP goals while maintaining communication with parents and staff. This position is designed for individuals interested in teaching who may not currently hold a teaching license but are eligible for the Associate Teacher program.
