About this role
R&D Operations role supporting drug product development and GMP clinical supply of sterile dosage forms at the FLEx-Sterile center in Rahway, NJ. The position performs hands-on processing and equipment operations for clinical manufacturing, partners with formulation and engineering colleagues, and supports process knowledge capture and continuous improvement. Daily work is facility-based and focused on ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.
