Associate, Technology Transactions

Norm Law is seeking an Associate in its Technology Transactions group to work on high-impact IP and tech-focused deals, including standalone technology transactions and the IP/tech aspects of M&A, Private Equity, and ECVC transactions. The role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI agents to streamline drafting, due diligence, and execution processes while collaborating with partners, clients, and technology teams. This position aims to reimagine and transform the way lawyers work and provide legal services to global institutions.
