Associate Therapist

The Associate Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization mental health facility under the supervision of fully licensed therapists. This role involves assessing therapeutic needs, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge. The position requires a master's degree in a relevant clinical field and a provisional clinical license in Virginia.
