Associate, Underwriting

The Associate, Underwriting assists in originating and structuring complex commercial real estate investments, including stretch senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, preferred equity, and common equity. This role guides investments from initial inquiry through term sheet and collaborates with the underwriting team through due diligence and closing. The position involves analyzing market data, preparing due diligence findings, and presenting to the Investment Committee.
