Associate, US Payroll - Time & Attendance

The Associate, US Payroll – Time & Attendance is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of payroll activities for assigned payroll cycles, including processing, validation, balancing, and handling off‑cycle and post‑payroll tasks. The role collaborates with HR, legal, finance, and technology teams to ensure compliance with audit requirements and to resolve payroll inquiries and exceptions. It also supports complex payroll changes such as bonuses, leave, and severance, and serves as a backup for team members as needed.
