About this role

The Associate Vice President, Automation will establish and lead the Discovery Oncology automation capability at Lilly’s New York City research facility. The role defines the end-to-end automation strategy, builds the operating model, and delivers integrated automation platforms to accelerate discovery and early development across discovery functions. This is a hands-on leadership position that combines enterprise strategy with direct technical engagement during build-out.
