Associate Vice President, Encounters

The Associate Vice President, Encounters leads Alignment Health's encounter data function, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely Part C and Part D submissions to CMS. This role is accountable for the strategy, operating model, and performance required to deliver reliable encounter data from delegated and capitated provider groups. The position partners closely with Risk Adjustment and cross-functional teams to drive data quality, reconciliation, and compliance.
