Associate Vice President for Community & Belonging

The Associate Vice President for Community & Belonging serves as an institutional leader responsible for developing and advancing a university-wide strategy to cultivate a Christ-centered community at Calvin University. Rooted in the university's Reformed Christian tradition, the role provides strategic direction and oversight for belonging, intercultural engagement, and institutional climate. Reporting directly to the President, the position advises on community health and partners across academic, student, and administrative divisions to establish priorities and assess progress.
