The Process Development Associate will execute bench‑scale experiments covering cell culture and purification within Amgen’s Flex Batch Biologics Manufacturing Facility, applying platform approaches and problem‑solving skills to support technology development and commercial manufacturing goals. The role involves managing lab equipment, preparing media and buffers, ensuring safety and compliance, designing experiments, interpreting data, and communicating findings through presentations and documentation.
