Associate

As an Associate in USWM focused on Affluent Strategy, you will manage initiatives to acquire, grow, and deepen relationships with affluent clients, primarily supporting Chase Wealth Management while collaborating with J.P. Morgan Private Client. This role drives end-to-end referral operating mechanisms between Chase's Consumer Bank and Chase Wealth Management to improve the client experience and scale new bank offerings nationwide. Success requires a strong operational mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
