The Associate in the Control Management team performs ongoing analysis of the business' risk and control environment to identify significant gaps and weaknesses, ensuring controls are properly designed. This role partners with the Credit and Syndicate EMEA business to maintain a sustainable control environment, escalating issues with urgency, and facilitating timely remediation. The position involves top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, root cause analysis, and supporting business-related programs through data analysis.
