Associate

The Associate role is responsible for the day-to-day management of ProFrac’s investment and acquisition activity, facilitating the assessment and management review of potential strategic initiatives across the company's portfolio. This position involves working on strategically important initiatives that encompass industry trend analysis, M&A and capital markets transaction execution, forecasting, valuation analysis, and the development of investor relations materials. The Associate collaborates closely with senior leadership and various internal stakeholders to support corporate finance and corporate development objectives.
