Associate

This role supports the Pursuit and Proposals function within the Clients and Market Development unit by developing compelling proposals and pitches for private clients, government agencies, NGOs, and international institutions. The professional will collaborate across service lines to create pursuit strategies, write and edit proposal content, and conduct market analysis to drive firm success. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
