Association Membership Experience Director

The Association Membership Experience Director leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of membership operations and the overall YMCA experience across all locations. This role drives consistent service standards, effective onboarding, and engagement strategies that foster well-being, achievement, relationships, and belonging. Key responsibilities include developing a member loyalty program, optimizing lead management, and expanding the corporate membership program to strengthen member relationships and increase participation.
