About this role
The Associate People & Culture Business Partner provides daily HR support at the Rougemont operations site and ensures governance across People & Culture practices. The role manages core HR tools, resources, policies and processes to deliver consistent support to HR Business Partners and supports program implementation and employee lifecycle governance. It also maintains documentation accuracy and helps simplify processes to improve efficiency.
