The Assistant Manager – Workspace Management is responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing workplace seating capacity across multiple business units and locations. The role focuses on seat allocation, project migrations, space utilization analysis, and city-level space optimization to ensure efficient utilization of office infrastructure. The incumbent collaborates with business stakeholders, Workplace/Facilities teams, and Capacity Management teams to support business growth and operational requirements.
