ASW/AMFT

The ASW/AMFT provides comprehensive psychosocial and clinical assessments to meet the care needs of patients at Kaweah Health. This role involves providing education, referrals, and support in psychosocial situations for individuals, families, or groups to improve social or health services. The position requires intervention in crisis situations, discharge planning, and counseling to address the social, psychological, and environmental factors affecting patient care.
