A Senior Manager ATE Test Engineer at d-Matrix is responsible for leading the development and implementation of automated test equipment (ATE) solutions for complex silicon SoC products. The role entails overseeing SoC test strategies, collaborating with manufacturing partners, and ensuring the transition from design and initial samples through to high-volume production. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with high-speed protocols, ATE programming, and DFT techniques, as well as managing test cost reduction efforts and yield improvements.
