Athlete Order Coordinator

The Athlete Order Management team supports day-to-day operations of omnichannel programs including Buy Online Pickup In Store, Ship From Store, and Same Day Delivery. This role ensures Service Level Agreements are met by providing excellent customer service and attentive order management across stores and distribution centers. Key duties include managing daily operations, resolving escalations, coordinating with vendors, and analyzing data to improve fulfillment speed.
