The Athletic Field Specialist oversees the daily maintenance of all athletic playing surfaces, turf areas, and general grounds at Augustana College. This full-time, non-exempt position involves specialized knowledge of natural and synthetic turf maintenance, with additional groundskeeper duties during winter months. The role requires operating large motorized equipment and ensuring the campus community receives quality service.
