Athletic Secretary

The Athletic Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the Athletic Director and athletic department to ensure the efficient operation of district athletic programs. The role involves maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules and communications, assisting with UIL compliance documentation, and processing purchasing and financial paperwork. This position supports coaches, students, parents, administrators, and the public while managing office operations and event logistics.
