About this role
An Athletic Trainer supporting the Sports Medicine/Orthopedics practice who evaluates and treats musculoskeletal injuries and sports concussions under physician oversight. Provides on-site patient care including home exercise instruction, splinting/bracing, gait training, and assists with documentation and coordination of care across ambulatory sites. Serves as a liaison between patients and the medical team and participates in clinical education of students.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree

- OTPT - Occupational and Physical Therapy License - Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers
