Athletics Development Associate

This role supports the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and activities for Youngstown State Athletics, focusing on annual giving, donor engagement, and sport-specific fundraising. The position involves cultivating and stewarding relationships with alumni, donors, and prospective supporters through various outreach methods and athletic events. It also includes maintaining donor databases, preparing reports, and assisting with the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns.
