About this role

T-Rex Solutions is seeking an Atlassian Platform & ITSM Engineer to support the Architecture & Service Excellence SDLCNext Support Team within the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems. This hands-on enterprise tooling role combines Atlassian platform engineering, business analysis, IT service management, and technical delivery to translate operational needs into scalable platform solutions. The individual will manage the full lifecycle of SDLCNext enhancements and support, working directly with government users, process owners, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Jira, JSM, and Confluence platforms
Translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions
Support ITSM operations and resolve service requests
