Attach and Train Programme Trainee

The Attach and Train Programme is a 15-month structured on-the-job training initiative designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s advanced biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Trainees gain hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals at GSK's world-leading biopharmaceutical environment. The role supports both current and future workforce needs by providing technical support, process monitoring, and continuous improvement opportunities. This programme is open to Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents who are passionate about developing a career in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
