The role supports technical staff in the preparation, processing, handling, and tracking of laboratory specimens, ensuring accurate patient identification, data entry, and specimen integrity throughout the pre‑analytic and post‑analytic phases. Responsibilities include computer system order entry, specimen receipt and accessioning, communication with healthcare professionals, and maintaining a clean, organized work area while adhering to quality, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
