Attorney

This role involves providing high-quality legal advice and counsel to senior management and business partners on a wide range of banking legal matters, including private wealth, commercial credit transactions, and bank regulatory issues. The attorney will advise on banking products, policies, and distressed loan workouts while managing outside counsel and supporting corporate initiatives. The position is based in the Banking and Markets Group within the Legal Department.
