Community Legal Aid
CWJC seeks an attorney to join a team providing legal assistance in humanitarian-based immigration law matters, including removal defense, VAWA petitions, U and T visas, SIJ petitions, and asylum cases. The role involves engaging in community outreach through consultation sessions and know-your-rights trainings, as well as assisting in the preparation of periodic grant reports. This position is based in the Springfield office with hybrid work flexibility.
CLA is the free civil legal aid provider for the five counties of Central and Western Mass. (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester).
