Attractions Manager – Aquatics

The Attractions Manager – Aquatics oversees the day-to-day operations of the Splashin’ Safari Attractions team, prioritizing the safety of team members and guests while ensuring all attractions and pools operate in a safe and compliant manner. This leadership role involves managing slide attendants and lifeguards, maintaining attraction efficiency, and supporting Holiday World Theme Park operations as needed. The position requires enforcing safety rules, evaluating staffing levels, and assisting with the hiring and training of seasonal employees.
