Attractions Supervisor

The Attractions Supervisor supports attractions managers and leads a team of over 80 hosts across 21 CUBEs to deliver a high-class, immersive entertainment operation in Chicago. This role focuses on ensuring an exceptional customer experience by supervising shift operations, managing staff rotations, and maintaining service area standards. The supervisor also deputizes for managers, completes daily reports, and assists with group bookings and venue setup.
