AU Mentor/ Aide

The AU Mentor/Aide assists teachers in the classroom with daily instructional and non-instructional activities, providing support in behavior management, communication, daily living, self-help, academic, career/vocational, and recreation/leisure skills. The role involves maintaining classroom routines, managing small groups of students, and assisting with hygiene and transportation needs. The position requires flexibility, clear communication, and the ability to work with students who have emotional, physical, or mental impairments.
