About this role

The Audit & Attest Manager at RRBB Accountants + Advisors is responsible for leading and managing attest engagements, including audits and reviews, with a strong emphasis on SEC compliance and regulatory standards. This role entails overseeing client relationships, supervising and mentoring staff, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality services in accordance with GAAS, SSARS, SSAE, and PCAOB standards. The position requires collaboration across teams, including tax and advisory, and staying current on all applicable accounting and compliance regulations. An active CPA license and extensive experience in public accounting, particularly with SEC clients, are necessary for this position.
