About this role

The Audit & Financial Reporting Manager will oversee external audits and the preparation of financial statements for DV Group's domestic and international entities. This role coordinates with auditors, prepares supporting schedules, and ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and local reporting requirements. The manager also supports regulatory examinations and helps standardize audit and reporting processes across the firm.

Responsibilities

Manage annual financial‑statement audits for U.S. and international entities
Prepare complete financial statements, footnotes and disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS
Coordinate audit support across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations and Trading teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent professional accounting qualification
