Auditor-Appraiser

This role involves performing professional-level financial records and personal property auditing work, including auditing financial records and determining the value of secured and unsecured tax accounts. The position requires annual appraisals of possessory interests, airplanes, and vessels for tax purposes, as well as compiling data for Board of Equalization hearings. The incumbent assists the public with job-related questions and supports the supervisor in property tax system calculations and program preparation.
