About this role
A paid apprenticeship at Ritter (an Avantor company) to train in plastics processing and production for medical- and precision-manufacturing. The two-year program (starting 01.09.2026) is based in Schwabmünchen with block vocational schooling at the Staatliches Berufliches Schulzentrum Kaufbeuren. Trainees join production teams and receive practical, on-the-job training across injection molding, machine operation, maintenance, and quality workflows.
