The apprenticeship program offers a varied role within the city administration of Zurich, allowing trainees to engage with both public administration and service sectors. Participants will handle customer interactions, process orders, contribute to workflow improvements, manage digital content and data, and produce documents such as presentations, protocols, offers, and statistics.
