The Line Lead is a front-line supervisor in Carvana’s Inspection Center responsible for managing and developing hourly production associates to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production and quality targets. The role supports the vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles meet Carvana’s standards and coordinating repair or rejection decisions. This position requires onsite work in a shop environment and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
