The Detail Shop Lead ensures vehicles are detailed to company standards by overseeing the detail line, enforcing the “First Time Right” process, and serving as the primary contact for detail staff. The role reports to the Detail Shop Manager and supports consistent application of policies, safety, and quality while assisting with hands-on detailing tasks as needed. It contributes to a safe, organized shop environment and supports vehicle staging, photography, and inventory tracking.
